In 2015 Georgia Sheriff Mike Jolley’s politically incorrect welcome sign went viral. Now he has a new sign which is even more politically incorrect.
The sign welcoming you to Harris County, Georgia that went viral in 2015 read: “WARNING: Harris County is politically incorrect. We say: Merry Christmas, God Bless America and in God We Trust. We salute our troops and our flag. If this offends you…LEAVE!”
Jolley paid for the sign himself at a cost of $553.
The new sign that now welcomes you to Harris County has gone viral as well and it reads: “Our citizens have concealed weapons. If you kill someone, we might kill you back. We have ONE jail and 356 cemeteries. Enjoy your stay!”
Jolley has received large amounts of support. T-shirts and yard signs in support of the new sign have popped up all over the county.
Jolley has no problem challenging anyone who disagrees with him, but he also welcomes your opinion.
“I spent 20 years in the army to give everyone the right to disagree with me or anyone else,” Jolley said. “Hopefully, if they disagree, they can voice that opinion. But if it offends them, truly offends them, maybe they’re in the wrong country,” said Jolley.
